INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL JEAN MONNET CONFERENCE

INVITATION / CALL FOR PAPERS

Dear colleagues,

We are honoured to invite you to participate to the Scientific and Practical Jean Monnet Conference „Migration – the context of new realities in Central and Eastern Europe”, organized by the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova (ASEM), International Business Department, on 12th May 2023.

The purpose of the conference is to bring together scientific researchers, academia, civil society and other stakeholders to debate on the current challenges of international migration.

Discussions during the conference will be structured (but not limited) on the following panels:
– Migration: economic, social and national and regional political security;
– Current and perspective challenges of migration in Central and Eastern Europe;
– Return migration – an important factor in the development of human capital in the Republic of Moldova.

Venue: Chisinau, ASEM, building F, room 203 and online (connection details will be sent closer to the event).

Publishing: Papers presented during the conference will be considered for publishing in a thematic issue of the scientific journal Eastern European Journal of Regional Studies / EEJRS (indexed in several international databases and accredited with “B” category by ANACEC).
